Amakan - El Nido Palawan

The room was decent with a nice view, but the bathroom smelled earthy.

The location is favourable and excellent, it's near to beach, cafes, restaurants, the beach and souvenir shops.

Had great-sized and brand-new room with a comfortable bed, so I slept well. I had a complimentary and large breakfast with many options to choose from. The location was nice for walking around El Nido Main Beach. The area was well kept, a convenient base for me.

would love to come back here some time

The Beautiful Queen Room had air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower, and a TV. Loved the seating area on the terrace and the safety deposit box for valuables. Spa facilities were great. Free toiletries and towels were provided. Location was super chill, and the staff were around to help whenever. Nice touches like hand sanitizer and drinking water too.

the location was great, a 10-15 minute walking distance from el nido public market. besides, we were very close to bars and restaurants. the room we was offered was modern and cheap with a/c and ac plus garden, thoroughly enjoyed it.

We asked for double room and it was cheap in the showers. Its perfect, central location was a plus.

Amakan, el nido palawan is a great choice for couples looking for budget-friendly stays. It's super close to the main beach where tours start. The room was clean and fresh, and we appreciated the comfortable bed. Plus, we enjoyed renting a motorbike right at the door!

great location but room could use a freshen up

The location in town was excellent, with access to shops and tours. Staff were friendly, always eager to assist. I enjoyed the smoking area with a nice outdoor option to relax. The mountain view from my room was amazing.

I appreciated the spacious family room with two air conditioning units and a wall fan. The common area offered unlimited coffee and ginger tea. The location was also convenient, within walking distance to tourist spots and the boat area. Free drinking water was a great bonus.

The bathroom had a noticeable smell that could use improvement.

The lack of a fridge in the room is a bummer, especially for storing refreshments. The faucet was more of a water bomb, spraying everywhere but the sink. The fragile blinds made opening them during the day a risky endeavor. WiFi access was annoyingly limited. It was virtually nonexistent in the room, forcing usage to the lobby only, which wasn't ideal.

Free water refill and ginger tea were thoughtful touches.

For a great local experience, ask about the bike rentals available right across the hotel. It's an excellent way to explore the area at your own pace.

The free tea station created a relaxing vibe, and the mountain views from my room were stunning. The shower had a persistent blockage and the lack of a fridge was inconvenient for snacks.

The hotel really was like a slice of local culture, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available in the lanai area. We stayed with our service dog, and the staff was accommodating.

In my wife's opinion, the linens could be fresher.

Delighted with the friendly staff and prime location! Just a short walk to eatery hotspots and tour boats. The room was really clean, with a comfy bed and a refreshing vibe. Unlimited drinking water was a bonus. Highly recommend the motorbike rental option nearby for local exploration!
